”What is Yuzu kosho?” Yuzu kosho is a taste changing seasoning. We recreate it completelyas a liqueur. Regarding the taste, the spiciness comes from Japanese chilli pepper. For the aromatic perspective, Kito Yuzu used straight from Tokushima prefecture, southern part of Japan. We have selected the very top quality yuzu citrus due to its very fine fragrance from the yuzu itself.
